• Hey there, lovers of fine art! My name is Noel Anderson but folks generally call me Scotch. I have an insatiable love of B-movies and blame much of who I am upon their influence. I've been a cartoonist for many years and Goof Roof continues to be my toehold in cyberspace. I’ve illustrated and written for numerous humor publications such as CRACKED, HUSTLER and HUSTLER HUMOR, JOKESTER, and THWAK magazines. Seduction Cinema Comics Group published my comic books, Play-Mate of the Apes and SpiderBabe. I worked as a radio personality for close to two decades in good ol’ Fargo, ND and enjoy creating musical and audio parodies in addition to my comic satires, and I'm currently co-editing a magazine called ART RIOT. So, go on… what are you waiting for? Check out the gallery and enjoy everything that’s goofy under one roof. Indeed, that’s why we’re here, my friends! Need to get a hold of me.?

Getting my prints ready for the Crux Of The Hollow-Spooktacular Art Show, Friday, October 14 at 8:00pm - October 15 at 12:00am. For the fanatical lovers of art and Halloween…others need not apply. Here’s what I’ve just recently framed. Three 24 x 36 prints of three of my favorite pieces; The Wolfman, Phantom of the Opera, and a Goth Girl magazine cover.

There’s going to be many freakishly cool paintings, sculptures and other assorted dead things, as DK Custom Framing @ Gallery 14 presents to you a dark & deathly Halloween art show, “Crux of The Hollow”. Featuring original, collectible Halloween artworks by modern artists mixed with fresh-blood artists such as Joe J. Bailey, Mackenzie Kouba, Punchgut, Trent Balvitsch, Athena Funk, Al Ness, Nathan Mastrud, Chad Kartenson, Chelsey Dahlstrom, Scotch (that’s me) and more! Attend as yourself or dress up as the inner-SPOOK you know you are! This event is combined with a costume cocktail party, beginning at 8:00 pm …scream (if you dare) until Midnight.

Meanwhile at my OTHER job!

Coming Soon…the STAG mag!

Posted by Scotch on April 13th, 2010

stagspring2 Just a quick heads up for you…a new Scotch, Tank and Ginger PREMIUM will soon be floating your way, especially if you’re a ROCK 102 listener. The STAG Spring Splash debut issue will soon be completed and given away on air, at events, and may even crop up in public lavatories. The latter being the most appropriate place for this rag! This mini-mag will be illustrated by yours truly and will contain additional material provided by my partners in crime, Tank and Ginger. Don’t expect too much though, it will essentially be the same kind of crap you hear every morning from 5:30 to 9am on Rock 102! It’s sort of like the comic book version of our radio show. Well, that’s all for now, donkeys! More details to come! We now return you to your regularly scheduled website.

Shut Up and Listen Already!

hog I’ve been trying very hard to keep the ol’ creativity flowing despite some very sad and unsettling events that have been going on with my family. Like that old song says, “Gray skies are gonna’ clear up,” so I’m trying to stay hopeful and optimistic. After all, if you can’t trust Tony Bennett who can you trust? This is a sign I drew for a promotion that was done while I was working at The Fox many years ago. I’ve modified it with a cartoony-graffiti border done in marker and had some fun with acryllic paint as you can see!
