• Hey there, lovers of fine art! My name is Noel Anderson but folks generally call me Scotch. I have an insatiable love of B-movies and blame much of who I am upon their influence. I've been a cartoonist for many years and Goof Roof continues to be my toehold in cyberspace. I’ve illustrated and written for numerous humor publications such as CRACKED, HUSTLER and HUSTLER HUMOR, JOKESTER, and THWAK magazines. Seduction Cinema Comics Group published my comic books, Play-Mate of the Apes and SpiderBabe. I worked as a radio personality for close to two decades in good ol’ Fargo, ND and enjoy creating musical and audio parodies in addition to my comic satires, and I'm currently co-editing a magazine called ART RIOT. So, go on… what are you waiting for? Check out the gallery and enjoy everything that’s goofy under one roof. Indeed, that’s why we’re here, my friends! Need to get a hold of me.?

Transformers get good ‘n greasy!

Posted by Scotch on March 27th, 2007

tgoof3.jpg So this summer the blockbuster movie “Transformers” will be hitting theaters. Where the @#$* are the GoBots when you need ‘em? I can’t give you any insight as to what the Michael Bay directed Transformers movie will be like but I can tell you this much about the spoof I’m working on for HUSTLER; 1) There’s only about four panels of it I could actually put here on ‘Goof Roof’ without having to put up a warning of some sort and 2) It has possibly the most immature title I have ever bestowed upon one of my comics since I was maybe twelve years old! I’ll leave the rest up to your imagination. Even though I’m still technically working on it here’s a sneak peek for ya’! Lucky you. tgoof11.jpg

I couldn’t have timed it out better if I had tried…and believe me I’m not smart enough to have done so! The March issue of Hustler Humor is hitting the racks and it just so happens that the dvd release of Tenacious D’s “PICK OF DESTINY” movie is as well! Incidentally, this disc is positively juicy with 14 deleted/extended scenes, an alternate ending and outtakes, and even a bonus disc if you got it at Best Buy like I did! The latest Hustler Humor features a three-page piece from yours truly entitled “An Interview With Obnoxious D”, which features ace-reporter Eva Bouncealot interviewing an oddly-similar, overweight-but-talented singing duo named…you guessed it, Obnoxious D! For the most part it’s pretty sleazy but I’m proud of it! And speaking of sleazy, I also teamed up once again with writer, Kit Lively (the pride of Texas) for yet another ‘Gross Gags’ page that is guaranteed to make your liver quiver! So if you’re not too ashamed to ask the guy behind the counter at the local truckstop for a copy, go ahead and pick one up!
