• Well, hey there! My name is Noel Anderson. I have an insatiable love of B-movies and blame much of who I am upon their influence! As a regular contributor to HUSTLER and HUSTLER HUMOR magazines, I’ve had plenty of opportunity to spread my own special brand of cartoon filth and debauchery in the print medium. Goof Roof is my epic foray into cyberspace. I’ve illustrated and written for numerous humor publications such as CRACKED, JOKESTER, and THWAK magazines. I’ve also developed characters for the National Kids Construction Club and designed logos for several businesses. I’ve worked as a radio personality (and continue to do so) for well over a decade in good ol’ Fargo, ND and enjoy creating musical and audio parodies in addition to my comic satires. So, go on…what are you waiting for? Check out the gallery and enjoy everything that’s goofy under one roof. Indeed, that’s why we’re here, my friends! Need to get a hold of me?

Break out the double knits and roll out the Astroturf, because The Bunch is back! Yes indeedy, yours truly is currently working on a groovy, good-time, cartoon romp for HUSTLER Humor based on everyone’s favorite squeaky-clean 70’s sitcom family, The Bradys! The initial artwork is already done and if it’s approved it should make the December issue of the “greatest adult humor mag of our time,” HUSTLER Humor…available in finer truckstops and dirty bookstores everywhere! Watch for it in groovy color!

Chili Face rears his ugly head!

chili1a.jpg I saw Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN this weekend and I must say that I was a little wary of this “re-imagining” of the John Carpenter classic with a prequel built into it. It turned out to be an extremely solid re-telling of the Myers’ saga that left me choked up like Mama Cass! From Michael’s childhood to the horrifc rampage through Haddonfield, I was loving it! It made me think of an idea Jason Crummy and I had, at one time, for a possible Lardgut movie called CHILI FACE! This idea incubated for a lengthy period and…who knows!? Maybe we WILL flesh this out into a movie one day. I did a four-page comic version of it a couple years ago, turning it into a tale of two girls who share their apartment with a deformed psychopath. chili1b.jpg

Goof Roof Sketchbook

Posted by Scotch on September 2nd, 2007

Nothing too special here. But sometimes you just gotta’ do some art for art’s sake, y’know? These are just a couple of pages out of the old sketchbook, gang! Some b-movie doodles on the first page. Cheerleaders and chainsaws…pretty standard stuff. Some “Puppet Master” characters on the second. sketch2.jpgsketch1.jpg
