Well, this is it, my fellow geeks! The weekend of Valleycon is upon us! I spent all of last night mylar-bagging 100 copies of my HOLLYWOOD CHAINSAW HOOKERS comic book and affixing little “must be 18+” stickers to them. Make sure to stop by the vendor’s room if you’re there and say “hi”…and then of course, follow that up with a “Sell me a copy of your comic book,” and hand me $3.99 please. That would be real swell. I also recently found out that I’ll be speaking at a panel on Saturday from noon until one with fellow cartoonist, Joel “Mojo” Moen so stop by and check it out. Should be blast! I’ll see you there!

When you’re a cartoonist there are all types of gigs! Here are the latest couple of tattoos I illustrated for Rock 102’s sister station, BOB 95 FM! They turned out pretty good I think…although these are intended to be temporary press-on tattoos; unlike the gentleman who wanted to win free AC/DC tickets last week from Rock 102! He tattooed AC/DC on his knees and Rock 102 on his index and pinky finger…that way when he throws up the old ‘devil horns’ everyone will see Rock 102 proudly displayed! Tre’ cool! (He won front row incidentally.)
Fall is here once again and that means it’s time for VALLEYCON, sir! ValleyCon 34, to be exact. And it just so happens that I’ll be there hocking my comic book adaptation of Fred Olen Ray’s b-movie epic, HOLLYWOOD CHAINSAW HOOKERS! (Cheap, at just $3.99…wotta bargain!) It’s happening October 31st-November 2nd over at the Fargo Doublewood Inn. It also sounds like Tracy Scoggins is going to be there as well. Guess I’ll have to get her to sign my dvd copy of Demonic Toys, eh? Yep! You gotta find pleasure in the little things.
