• Hey there, lovers of fine art! My name is Noel Anderson but folks generally call me Scotch. I have an insatiable love of B-movies and blame much of who I am upon their influence. I've been a cartoonist for many years and Goof Roof continues to be my toehold in cyberspace. I’ve illustrated and written for numerous humor publications such as CRACKED, HUSTLER and HUSTLER HUMOR, JOKESTER, and THWAK magazines. Seduction Cinema Comics Group published my comic books, Play-Mate of the Apes and SpiderBabe. I worked as a radio personality for close to two decades in good ol’ Fargo, ND and enjoy creating musical and audio parodies in addition to my comic satires, and I'm currently co-editing a magazine called ART RIOT. So, go on… what are you waiting for? Check out the gallery and enjoy everything that’s goofy under one roof. Indeed, that’s why we’re here, my friends! Need to get a hold of me.?

Jon and Kate Regurgitate

Posted by Scotch on July 29th, 2009

jk3 Well, a high-ballin’ how-do-you-do to ya! I can finally breathe a sigh of relief…the Jon and Kate Plus Eight parody has been copy edited and shipped off to the LFP offices, once and for all. The way that story has been evolving in the tabloids I was afraid that my take on it would be dated and obsolete before it even makes it to press. Anyhoo, here’s three panels from the comic for you to peruse. It doesn’t look like it will show up in HUSTLER for a good two or three months, so this is an exclusive sneak peek, you lucky devils!

Hey, there. I don’t think I posted this piece yet so here goes. This was a caricature I did for our friends, Larry and Breezy, for their son’s birthday. Javen loves monster trucks…Grave Digger, to be more specific.

hallicon.jpg Hey, ameegs! Good news on the ‘Jon and Kate Plus Eight’ parody…it’s finished and it has been approved for HUSTLER. Not sure what issue it will be in, but it usually takes a few months from the time I submit until the time it hits newsstands. I’ll post a few more samples from that piece in the next day or two. I also have to tell you about an awesome flick I just watched. Wait for it….Jim Wynorski’s The Lost Empire! Oh, this movie is so brimming with tacky, b-movie goodness I barely know where to start!

loste Not to be confused with Disney’s Atlantis; The Lost Empire this is one of the most enjoyable 1980’s exploitation flicks I have ever seen! I tried to track this movie down for years and finally director Jim Wynorski himself was kind enough to burn me a copy! This was Jim Wynorski’s debut directorial effort and I really enjoyed all of the various exploitation elements rolled into this one movie. From the opening cleavage shot, to how it quickly launches into some supernatural, ninja/kung fu action…followed by a bit more gratuitous cleavage and nudity! Then there’s the women-in-prison catfight (complete with one inmate in complete s&m attire) which devolves into some mud wrestling and then a prison shower scene! The gorilla getting kicked in the nuts left me in total stitches…and that Raven De La Croix as White Star was very bountious! Plus Angus Scrimm! Man, you’d have to rent six or seven different exploitation movies to get that kind of variety! Glad I finally got to see this!!

Jon and Kate Plus Eight Jewish Attorneys and a Bong

Posted by Scotch on July 9th, 2009

jandk1 Can’t let Jon-and-Kate-mania get past me without firing off a parody to good ol’ HUSTLER magazine, eh? Looks like this ones a four pager and hopefully it will be done in the next week or so.
Big week ahead at the radio station, what with the Red River Valley fair and it’s numerous, toothless, carnies in town…got to ride a few throw-up rides today for media day. It was a blast! Plus MOONDANCE JAM is right around the corner. That should be a hoot this year as well.
Oh, by the way, you’ve gotta see EVIL BONG 2: KING BONG on dvd! It just came out this last week from Full Moon Features and it’s a freakin’ riot. I thought it was better than the first one. The pacing is a lot stronger. Although we start out with roughly the first 20 minutes of the movie taking place in Larnell’s apartment, the writing is more competent and a lot funnier this time out. Between Brett (Brian Lloyd) showing up in that fat suit and Larnell’s chronic erection and dry humping there’s quite a few laughs to be had. It REALLY takes off once it moves to the jungle.bong Grandpa’s constant verbal abuse is a riot, lots of pot smoking, and HOLY MAN, those Poontang tribe girls are hot! Plus Rabbit, the UPS delivery guy is great!
Plenty of EeeBee and they gave her much better dialogue to say this time out; I liked that her mouth moved a bit more. Plus once King Bong arrives on the scene their interaction is pretty crude, non-PC, and hilarious. (Oh, man! There is a raunchy song/rant from King Bong during the closing credits you’ve got to hear!) Less of a horror angle this time out. I have to say though, even being a horror fan, I’ll probably have more repeat viewings of this one than the first, sort of the same way I feel about Gingerdead Man 2. I was REALLY pleased with King Bong!
